DesignByte will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

7. Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours and will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
